I Am Meenakshi Singh From Hyderabad. My role at TCS as a Process Associate, I was responsible for onboarding and offboarding resources, particularly focusing on consumer banking activities such as Signature card identification SCI. I worked with various tools related to SCI like Enterprise worklist, members portal, Fidelity, enterprise correspondence tool, and view documents. My responsibilities included verifying important details like SSN, date of birth, account status, beneficiary information, country code, and US citizen status and updating them in the member portal. Additionally, I managed end to end project activities such as project secrecy, project pledge, turnstile, and various analyses. I also handled legal documents processing and member account management, ensuring accurate transfer of amounts and debit card disputes. One particular project where I utilized these skills was at United Service Automobile Association in the Banking Operations Team as an Account Handler.
