I work as a customer service representative who specializes in email and chat. For the past 14 years, Ive been assisting customers with their issues via phone, chat, and email. I also managed a team of 10 to 15 customer service representatives who dealt with emails and chat. I also dealt with escalation emails or tickets, as well as billing issues.
I also have two years of experience managing social media. Answering questions via Facebook Messenger, tracking customer orders, taking orders, posting on the social media platform.
Over the years, Ive been honing these skills by teaching newly hired employees how to respond to chats, emails, and phone calls. Eventually, Id like to continue assisting your company and customers by resolving issues using my skills.
