Hello I am Mauro Villani, Software Designer from Italy.
In my work I had the opportunity to try my hand at different reality: from consulting with companies and governments to cooperation with privates and startups.
In my experience the collaboration promotes a continuous exchange of knowledge and updates always essential to my growth, it also allowed me to mature areas and limits of different team roles and understand how to use all the skills in the most effective, in order to know what's behind the leading a team.

I'm mostly interested in the broad spectrum of software design, finding the best technology solutions in the specific field of the project and following its evolution, taking care of its growth according to the role that at that time I am following.
