As a young professional with experience within the Customer Service Industry, I learned that the best way to achieve success was to motivate the resources I had with well-defined objectives and empowerment.

I was an intern at Hallmark Technologies, I am busy with MCSA 410, 411, and 412: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services, Administering Windows Server 2012 as well as MCSE: Private Cloud. My contract ends on the 23rd of June and I should be Microsoft certified by the end of the year.

I have a good range of office experience including secretarial work, diary management, data entry, reception, spreadsheets and setting up and maintaining databases. I have also arranged meetings, dealt with invoices and other accounts information. I have also taken minutes for important formal meetings.

I work efficiently with Microsoft office, email and intranet systems. I am particularly skilled at Excel and Presentation.
