I have more than 5 years experience in Customer service including one year experience in e-commerce business and for a year, have been using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify, Oberlo, Aliexpress and Asana for managing the task. I handle customers complaints, inquiries, resend passwords, issuing refunds/store credit and uploading product listings. I am also well experienced in using social media like Instagram and Facebook business ads.
My background also includes serving as a Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate company based in the US. My expertise is handling phone calls inbound and outbound web research, data entry to google spreadsheets, CRM and MLS. Doing flyers and Craiglist ads and appointment setting.
