I have been in the BPO industry for six years mainly in the customer service field, I have been with the telecommunications account where I assisted US customers/ subscribers enrolled in the program or whoever wants to set up an account with us. I helped them with their bills, from explaining it to payments, adjustments, and setting up a new account. I also did troubleshooting as this required me to do things like walking the customers through getting their devices fixed, providing solutions to them, and of course thanking them for doing business with us during that time. I was promoted or applied for a trainer apprentice program where I spent more than a year teaching product skills and a little bit of the foundation skills to the newly hired employees. I also worked in a travel agency where my task was to enter data/information on contracts between the consumers and the agency which requires very detailed skill and accuracy.
