Currently working at a local authority in England, UK on a digital transformation programme.
I'm really passionate about technology and making it a good experience for the end user. I've got a few years of customer service experience so I know how to deal with people well.
I'm starting to formalise my development skills into actual qualifications at home i.e. I've just taken the Microsoft Software Development Fundamentals in C# exam and achieved a 94% pass mark anything above 70% was a pass.
I've got the Programming in C# exam booked for 2 months time to allow for a little revision.
