About Me
I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for ten 10 years, seven 7 years with Telstra and three 3 years with Asurion. When I was working with Telstra, I have performed several functions including being a member of Complaints and Dispute resolution team and Personalized Assistance Team. I was also personally managing business portfolios of customers. When handling customers’ complaints or disputes, I always listen to the concern first and understand it thoroughly, then I will check all the tools and resources I have to see if there is something I can use to help the customer and if needed, I will call all the necessary departments to make sure that I can give the resolution to the customer’s problem on the first call. Doing all these while hitting the average handling time required. I can honestly say that I have encountered all types of connection and billing disputes of customers.
