About Me
My recruitment journey began almost 5 years ago at Concentrix, where I served as a Senior Talent Sourcing Coordinator. My responsibilities included sourcing candidates using social media and job boards, screening applications, and scheduling face to face interviews with recruiters. When the pandemic hit, I was trained to conduct initial interviews to assess candidate job fit for the hiring account and role.
In 2021, I joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Recruitment Specialist focusing on administration. In this role, I managed the end to end recruitment process, including job posting, requisition management, interview coordination, offer creation, background checks, participating in client calls, audit and tracker management, as well as handling ad hoc tasks.
