Hi!
I am Marika. Born and raised South African.
I studied to become a Foundation Phase teacher ages 6 to 9. I furthered my studies with an Honours in Language Education, one of my favoured subjects being Creative Writing, and finally a Masters in Remedial Literacy.
Throughout the years, especially during Covid, teachers have had to build multiple online and digital skills to keep up with 21st Century learning.
I believe my teacher skills of creating, editing, guiding, communicating well, taking constructive criticism, and collaborating with parents will serve your greater vision of connecting well with clients and bringing to life what they envision.
It is important to have an interest in research and a hunger to learn more, in order to succeed as a reliable writer. I see myself as possessing both these personality traits.
