About Me

13 years of experience in a call centre environment, my primary focus was on accounts payable, accounts receivable/claims management, and general office support.
A good working knowledge of Pastel Partner and other accounting software, Microsoft Excel Level1 3, all other Microsoft Office programs and internal CRMs. Reception duties involved directing all calls to the correct departments and assisting customers with their requests where possible.
