Hello there,
As a qualified Customer Service/Sales Executive Manager with 3 years of experience communicating with customers, I believe that I’m the ideal candidate for the position of Customer Support Specialist.
In my present role, I evaluate the problems and complaints of approximately 80 customers daily, improving their overall satisfaction for each of them, all while interfacing with colleagues to ensure effective care and support.
I’m responsive to analyze and report product malfunctions, handling service issues, managing large amount of incoming calls, fulfilling customer requests etc.
in 2023, I was announced as the best employee of the year that topped the charts for handling existing customers, returning customers and as well as new customers by monitoring customer satisfaction levels. So I totally believe that I will be a valuable addition.
