I have worked as a Virtual assistant for the past 4 years working as a Appointment setter, reservation and an Airbnb/reservation/ customer service agent. Before that, I worked as a Contact Center Agent at City of Dreams Manila. I also worked as a receptionist at Atlantis The Palm Dubai, a destination resort hotel with 1537 rooms, from Dec 2011 to Apr 30,2014,also at G Hotel Manila by Waterfront for almost 2 years so I can say that I’m really familiar with front office operations. I also became a Navigator / Tour guide for guest explaining about sea life in The Lost Chamber Atlantis The Palm. I am familiar with Micros Opera system, IFCA and has just knowledge in Window based systems and am proficient with MS Office 2000 and MS Word.
