During the initial few years, I worked with Cengage Learning client and worked in e learning domain. I was responsible for end to end functional testing of various complex applications. One of the applications that I tested was similar to salesforce application as it also dealt with purchasing of titles by different business customers and their payments. That app was used by the client to perform CRM services.
Post e learning domain, I worked in social media, e commerce and digital marketing domain for major industry leaders like Apple Inc., Nestle, Al Tayer. I was solely responsible for end to end functional testing as well as planning and estimation tasks.
I also worked in customer data science related products which have been widely used by various geographical markets like Walmart US, Tesco UK, Soriano Mexico etc.
I believe, I have expertise in test case writing and have used TestRail, Azure devops for the same. For defect tracking management, I have widely used JIRA
