My self manish verma, currently i am working in Siti networks Ltd as an assistant manager in Revenue Assurance department i am looking forward following KRA here :
• Ensuring that all customer bills and invoices are accurate and reflect the services or products delivered. This involves verifying the pricing, discounts, and taxes are applied correctly, Validation and testing of schemes, recharge offers, Packages and component configurations and their UAT on testing environment and revenue assurance checks on Production environment, Monitored and audited end to end revenue streams from customer acquisition to billing and collections, Collaborate with IT and product teams to configure and test new billing logic for service/package updates, Reconciled subscriber data between CRM/SMS, billing, and payment systems; identified discrepancies and corrected data mismatch. i am Proficient in a variety of software programs including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Access, Power BI.
