About Me
I am a passionate technical customer service specialist with experience with network systems, customer support and database management. I gained practical expertise working for a year as a technical customer service intern at an ISP. I am currently pursuing a telecommunications engineering bachelors degree. I handled live chats, calls, and email queries from customers. I troubleshot, ticketed and resolved internet issues, device setups, and escalated faults while maintaining a 4.7 star rating. This experience significantly improved my communication, problem solving, and client retention skills while teaching me the importance of service level agreements SLAs and delivering within KPIs. I am highly motivated, a fast learner, and committed to delivering high quality work. I am capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to new tools or platforms with ease even in a remote set up.
