I'm writing to express my interest in IT field. I have experience with IT help desk and technical support, networks design, installation, control, security and troubleshooting. While much of my experience has been in the information technology world, I understand the value of the IT sector and my experience will be an asset to your organization.
I am a Master degree holder in science of computer. I worked in Khimjis house of travels as IT technician and in Bahwan IT as network infrastructure and information security consultant. Now working in Ministry of health as network specialist.
My responsibilities included technical support, trouble shooting and fixing PCs hardware and software issues and network administration, design, installation, control and troubleshooting. Along with consulting customers to their networks needs and providing them clear view about the new devices and vendors in networking.
