Mahetab Alam

I am a professional Nepali translator and interpreter currently employed at Linguistica International Inc. I work on a per hour basis and have completed two years with the company as a remote independent contractor. I have provided translation and interpretation services in languages such as Nepali, Urdu, and Hindi. To date, I have translated over 700K words and participated in interpretation sessions totaling 16.5K+ minutes.

Additionally, I offer freelance services on platforms such as UpWork, Digi Wagon, and Unique Translation Services: India. My journey as a translator began in 2019, initially working with government and school personnel. In May 2022, I officially became a qualified translator and interpreter with Linguistica International Inc.

Regarding my education, I had completed my 10th grade at Ideal Public Secondary School, Nepalgunj, Nepal. Subsequently, I pursued my 12th grade and BSc in India. I also hold an IELTS Academic score of band 6, achieved in December 2019.
