More than 24 years of work experience in the field of finance, grants and administration in international and national development organizations.
Currently, I am working at the Ethical Trading Initiative ETI, Bangladesh office, as Director Finance and Operations. Also, I worked for 3f International, Oxfam, Plan International, Save the Children International, South Asia Partnership and VARD, carrying out finance and accounting operations, risk and compliance, strategy and portfolio management level positions. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed finance, accounting and administrative parts by complying with multi donor and government compliance on various projects, which highlighted budgetary and accountancy management, reforecasting and strategic plan, risk and compliance, audit and internal control, sub award and contract management, including capacity development and institutional governance.

I have successfully managed more than 100 development project.
