Hello, I’m Madhusugan. I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in BBA Airline and Airport Management in Coimbatore. I am originally from Madurai. I have valuable experience in customer service, which I gained by assisting in my family’s travel business. My father and uncle run a travel agency, and I play an active role in managing customer interactions, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Through this experience, I’ve developed strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer behavior. I’ve also learned several effective strategies and soft techniques to handle various customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
