• 6+ years of IT Industry experience encompassing a good range of skill set SAP MM & WM, SAP Ariba and cross skilled in SAP SRM, SAP PI and VIM with a good hands-on on non-SAP systems like Maximo.
• Been a vital part of Application Maintenance Production support team and Application Development which includes designing new functionalities based on business demands, working on Change Requests and fixes for design gaps, defect fix, minor enhancements, cut-over tasks for rollout projects, Deployment activities for new go-live regions, work requests etc.
• Effectively managed the Off-shore team and provided support ELS for Business Go-Live.
• Actively involved in Incident management, Change management & Problem management tickets as per established service level agreements SLA with the Client.
