Very skilled and dedicated Admin Support Specialist with over 5 years of hands on experience. I possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a strong ability to work with minimal supervision. I have gained adequate experience in Data Entry and Validation, proficiency in the use of MS Office, Google Docs, and other word processing/Data management Applications.
I recently started working in a Legal firm as an Executive Assistant to a Managing Partner. There I facilitate communication and meetings between my Principal and third parties as well as manage his Emails, Schedule and prioritize his appointments and meetings. I also manage his imprest, prepare presentations, and any other personal matters as may be assigned. So far, I am the right person to handle your Admin concerns as I am tech savvy and pay a lot of attention to details.
I have experience using Intercom, Zendesk, Zoom, Trello, Zapier, Teams, Hangout and can easily adapt to new technology needed for the job.
