As a Virtual Admin Assistant and Researcher, part of the work was conducting detail oriented research, product research and listings for the online store, preparing and sending email campaigns via Mailchimp and providing timely response and resolution of customer complaints and disputes.

For several years, I was also remotely assisting the US Sales team, including the Director and Executive Director by helping them meet their weekly and monthly sales goals, efficiently setting-up appointment schedules, book reviews, data entry, answering customer queries email and phone and also assisted our Ghost Writers by converting files, transcribing voicemail messages, audio interviews particularly and scanned files.

With two years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, my tasks revolved around ordering processing, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, researching, preparing and sending out newsletter campaigns and marketing collateral to prospect clients and sales staff.
