About Me
My name is Lyka Arcelao, but you can just call me Lyka. I have a total of 3 years and 6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative through Phone, Emails, and chats, but mostly through chats/emails. I’ve handled Universal Parcel Service courier account. My role and responsibilities include l, but not limited to, answering sender and receiver’s inquiries about their shipment, most specifically in tracking orders. We also help them file claims for any lost or damage packages, and make necessary changes to shipments when requested by the sender.
Then, after resigning in Alorica where I gained my first BPO experience, I worked for TaskUs after. At TaskUs, I refined my skills as a Shopify Support Advisor. As a Support Advisor, we’re tasked at helping store owners answer their queries about their stores, troubleshoot any issues that could cause an impact to their business, we also serve as a liason between the business owners and our internal teams for any specific issue
