Being a perfectionist and a well organized person, I'm looking for an office remote job where I can use my experience gathered so far and learn new skills. On my actual role, I am controlling and monitoring orders progress from input stage to delivery: handling customer queries about preparations, stock availability, delivery-times, price.
Follow-up with logistics and shipping providers to ensure smooth and on time delivery.
Assisting customers with web-page related issues; handling customer's complaints related to invoicing;
Follow-up with customer's requests of terminating the contract, suggesting alternative deals, in order to change the client's mind of terminating the contract.
Contract data input into the database, booking of incoming payments raising the invoices according with the agreed schedule; billing activities for license, services and maintenance contracts; monitoring and performing regular updates to existing customer contracts.
