At 5e Creative Labs, I began to work as a QA Analyst, which changed my perspective on development and made me focus on always ensuring the highest possible performance in solving user issues. I was promoted to start working as a Project Manager at the same company, focusing on planning projects according to the requirements agreed upon with clients, establishing priorities, relationships between requirements, and organizing meetings with the team and clients to check progress and set new approaches as needed.
