Lisa Vaillancourt

I bring over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, followed by becoming licensed in Life, Health, and Annuities. As a broker, I specialized in individual and group health insurance plans, including Marketplace Exchange, directly contracted with nationally recognized carriers for STM and supplemental benefits. I later transitioned to property and casualty insurance, working for a nationwide brokerage where I developed expertise in Policies, sales, claims reporting and customer service. Currently, I work remotely as a personal assistant to the owner of an insurance agency, managing intake calls for Medicare, marketplace, and group health insurance clients. I oversee everything from client information intake, enrollment and claims processing to customer service, file organization, and continuing education for the agency. In this role, I am the owners personal virtual assistant to support the agency’s needs and ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
