Im a talented, ambitious, and hard working individual. I have been in the customer service and sales industry for over eight years now. In my career, I have accumulated extensive experience in both customer service and sales, which has equipped me with a unique skill set that is highly valuable in any virtual or customer facing role. I began my journey in the customer service industry at Pizza Hut in New Kingston. This entry level position allowed me to develop foundational skills such as effective communication, active listening, and problem solving. I interacted with customers daily, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to transaction orders. This experience taught me the importance of creating a positive attitude and provided experience on how to handle difficult situations with grace. After a year at Pizza Hut, I moved on to other companies, where I was responsible for not only assisting customers but also actively selling products.
