About Me
I have been working for more than nine years. I worked with two BPO companies from 2010 to 2014 as a technical support, customer service specialist and sales representative. Now, I'm currently working in an IT firm as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. I've been here for more than 5 years. As an Executive Assistant I do the following:
1. Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
2. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
3. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
4. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
5. Helping prepare for meetings.
6. Scheduling and decision making
7. Using various software such as, Microsoft and Libre Office, GNU Cash, Notepad++, MySQL, GIMP, Adobe software and other opensource software.
8. Cash management and disbursement
9. Managing all the OJT's in the firm
10. Creating business proposals.
