Manage Purchasing Team to fulfill purchasing mission for all Purchase items converted to PO both Direct & Indirect Material

Daily & weekly review pending PRs purchase requisitions +pending POs purchase orders to clear pending PRs and remind suppliers for on time delivery schedule of pending POs.

Re evaluate yearly key suppliers based on 4 criteria: price, quality, delivery, service

Maintain smoothly operation of the purchasing department in close relationship with other departments to be supported from them as well as support them.

Maintain and refine the buying procurement to assure that the company is receiving the highest value, right material at the most reasonable cost by involving in negotiating, adopting / contracting favorable prices and terms with Supplier.

Maintain and develop existing suppliers as well as source and evaluate new potential Suppliers.

Work to improve the terms and conditions in the contract which impact to total cost.

Look for opportunity in consolidating the supply for all sites and to take opportunity of new entrance / sources of supply to improve the total cost.

Solve problems happening in purchasing activity.

Check & Approve PO since PO created in system ASAP for Production Time Agreement.

Connect Team Member to work more effectively.

Manage, evaluate & also train team members to achieve purchase goals.

Directly report to Procurement Manager / BOD.

Other tasks assigned from Procurement Manager / BOD.
