I am a lady from Canada with over 25 years experience in communications. For over ten years I worked as a crisis intervention worker with a specialty in overcoming communications challenges using creative strategies. I taught for ten years both technical and creative writing. I am a published poet, a freelance writer and a ghostwriter with several companies and agencies. My work has been published around the world. I do some work for non-profit humanitarian crisis, and have created multi-media campaigns with successful results and world wide reach. I am very familiar with online writing and search engine optimization. I am also a proficient professional researcher and editor. I am also a designer, and have done book illustration, business cards, logos, t-shirts, stationary design, and website design.
