I am Laura — an operations and admin professional with five plus years of experience managing the kind of work that keeps organisations functional: documentation systems, compliance filings, vendor coordination, executive scheduling, IT support and everything in between. I have worked in lean environments where I wore many hats simultaneously and delivered on all of them.
I am organised by instinct, technical by choice and reliable by reputation. I hold the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA and Linux Essentials, and I am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in IT. I am comfortable with Microsoft Office at an advanced level, digital filing and archiving systems, remote collaboration tools and social media management.
I work well independently — I do not need to be micromanaged to produce good work. I take initiative, communicate proactively and follow through on everything I commit to. I am based in Abuja, Nigeria, fully available for remote work
