About Me
Having recently retired, I reflect on over 40 years dedicated to a public utility company. My role encompassed managing Computer Operations, Technical Support Services, the Help Desk, and the Inventory System. I also took the lead in drafting, editing, and revising our departmental policies and procedures. Moreover, I was tasked with the monthly submission of corporate reports and statistics to the companys executives, always ensuring delivery on time and attention to detail.
I hold an associate degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. My expertise includes Job Evaluation and Compensation Management. In addition, I possess extensive experience in handling grievances and conducting wage negotiations. I also hold an ITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification.
