Hello, my name is LaResa.
My professional title is Freelancer, mainly because I have many talents and did not want to limit myself to just one.
In the past, I have worked in various distribution centers as an order picker. I have worked in outbound and inbound call centers. I have retail experience as well. With my attempt at earning an Associates Degree in Office Systems Technologies, I gained experience in Desktop Publishing and transcription. As well as some experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. In total, I have about 21 years of typing experience stemming from school and everyday life.
Currently, I am working as a freelance transcriptionist for Rev.com. I also do video captioning for them as well. I would love to get a gig transcribing old journals and letters for someone's family research project, but I can do pretty much any type of text to text transcription as well as the audio/ video transcription.
