Lana Akkad

I am a fourth year Graphic Design student at the University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In the university I am among the top students as my work has been exhibited in a lot of places mostly very important exhibitions like Expo[removed]During my journey the university helped us participate in many competitions and clubs as these tremendous experiences has taught me how to lead a group of individuals and allowed me to develop exceptional teamwork and time management abilities, in addition, it helped me develop my innovative thinking and skills. During my degree, I have worked as a Graphic Designer at Al Arabia Advertising L.L.C for a month. There I spent my time designing various print material, online ads, and social media designs, ensuring that the company’s high standards were always fully met. On top of that I had very important clients from hospitals, schools and companies in the United Arab Emirates where I designed billboards, road banners, lightboard advertisements.
