Samson Kurgat

Samson Kurgat is a young Kenyan journalist and communications professional. He has worked as a TV producer, news reporter and video Journalist/editor for over 6 years with different radio and television media houses.
Mr. Kurgat started his career at the Eldoret based Sayare Radio and TelevisionNetwork as a video journalist and editor where he used to gather news and feature stories, do scripting and also help in video editing. Due to his exemplary work, he was promoted to head Television news production department where he enabled production of quality news bulletin and introduction of other TV programs.
He is currently working as a feature/news producer/video editor for the Kass Media group where he also contributes to Kass Weekly newspaper and Co-host a TV gospel show every Sunday. He handles a number of duties on daily basis ranging from News gathering, scripting, video shooting and editing for Television.
He trained and graduated with Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.
