I have a long history in the computer industry, starting with hardware over 3 decades ago, then moved into process automation, software development, analytics and reporting, business analytics, data mining, data clean up, and ETL operations, both with databases and files.

My passion has grown with automating processes, analytics and reporting with Excel, VBA, and SQL. I enjoy combing through mountains of data and turning it into actionable intelligence. I have built countless automated reporting applications with colorful and intuitive user interfaces.

These applications include a full custom, multi user CRM with remote database, user security, PII encryption, automated document and image file management, interfaces with MS Word to populate and store form templates. It also interfaced to MS Outlook to automatically generate complete emails with to and from addresses, subject, specific customer information in message body, complete with staff signature with company logo.
