I'm a Quality Analyst and Customer Care Representative who has been in the BPO industry for the past 4 years and 6 months. I'm motivated to maintain both customer and client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the company. I have thorough experience in analyzing calls to ensure that the services, PCI compliance and customer satisfaction are being met also I answer questions or concerns from both customer and clients, providing or up-selling services, meeting the companies target. My skillets includes maintaining records, escalating any issues that need to be escalated to the relevant department, ensuring that the quality of services through the customer meets the company expectation, solving issues through chat, phone or email whether if its to the customer or client.
