Keisha Everett

Hello! My name is Keisha and I own AKA Business Solutions. I am a virtual assistant and a social media manager. I specialize in programs such as word, excel, word powerpoint, adobe, etc. If I have not worked with a specific software that you are needing, I am always willing to learn new things and add to my skillset. I am currently a clinic coordinator, so I have a lot of experience in administrative
work. I have experience talking to customers, scheduling appointments, billing, running reports, managing spreadsheets, etc. I currently am in leadership, so I do have experiencing leading and supervising my staff members. With this comes problem solving that I do deal with on a daily basis. I have had to handle many patient complaints where I have had to implement customer experience recovery. I am honest and have a great work ethic. I am not afraid to admit when I have made a mistake as I do learn from my mistakes. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
