 Expertise in configuration of Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, ESS MSS & E recruitment and involved in development of reports/table & integration activities of Success Factor.
 Developing of test Plans, test cases and test scripts and supporting UAT environment for ongoing IT release solutions and client initiated business process along with required Business signoff.
 Understand the Functional requirements of various HCM process and map with standard functionalities available in SAP and carry out configuration in SAP system to meet the end user requirements.
 Strong understanding of the business processes and translation of business requirements into SAP solutions, problem solving, decision making, excellent teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills.
