With over nine years of experience in customer service and technical support, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving challenges with efficiency. Throughout my career, I have built a solid foundation across various industries, developing key skills in communication, problem solving, and team leadership. My journey has included extensive training, such as AMLA Training Anti Money Laundering Act, 2016 for compliance and record keeping, DepEd Loans Training, and Rising Star for performance improvement and leadership development. I have also completed 7 Habits training, based on Stephen Covey’s principles, and LAT Training, which have all enriched my skill set and strengthened my dedication to excellence.

I began my career as a Tech & Sales  Representative at The Results Companies, managing inquiries for Assurance Wireless and Virgin Mobile USA. This role ignited my passion for helping others and laid the groundwork for further advancement. At Transcom Asia, I honed my skills in customer service, supporting UPS to provide timely and effective solutions to client concerns.

As a Team Leader at VXI Holdings, I led teams for multiple AT&T services Billing & Sales / Technical, focusing on mentorship, collaboration, and performance improvement. Most recently, as a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, I provided expert assistance for Samsung US products, leveraging my technical knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
