I am a data driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, skilled in business process improvement, CRM/ERP systems especially the Zoho Suite, and making smart decisions through data and practical analysis. My experience spans across manufacturing, IT services and customer support, where I have helped teams become more efficient and results oriented.

At Duratuf Products, I lead key internal initiatives such as CRM automation and cost saving communication systems to optimize operations. I am also well versed in Design Thinking and bringing fresh, actionable ideas to solve business problems and improve team performance.

I hold a BCA, am NASSCOM certified in Data Science Ivy Professional School and am currently pursuing a PGDM at BIMTECH. My strengths lie in data visualization Tableau/Zoho Analytics, understanding business trends, and applying no code/low code tools for automation and insights.
