About Me
My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and home based jobs. Most recently, I worked for real estate company as a virtual assistant for Keller Williams Realty for 2 years, where my responsibilities included marketing such as creating and sending flyers and postcards, setting up an appointment, transaction coordination and SEO.
Previously, I worked within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major financial institution such as Ally Auto Finance previously called GMAC Auto finance as a customer service in billing department for 3 years. In these position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints in the billing disputes then I worked for American Express as customer service and sales representative for 3 years as well, I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of[removed]calls per day. I have gained considerable customer service, sales and billing skills.
