I studied Financial and Managerial Accounting for my Tertiary Education and I have been working for over 5 years in Accounting Department for some companies. I have previously worked as a Virtual Admin and Accounts Assistant with a client for a Property Management Business, and my very recent job was with Keller Williams in California US. My main tasks was to manage clients email, sign, email and file documents,process commission demands, pay and file invoices,basic bookeeping, cash and credit card reconciliation, accept/process and follow up payments from tenants via call or email. prepare and update payment tracker sheet, upload and update payments,invoices, checks to their accounting system, handled chargebacks and disputes. We used quickbooks for the Property Management and Account Edge for KW. Some of the time I was asked to do some posting of their listings to Listings Sites, edit some marketing flyers/ postcards / slides via Google slides, Canva and InDesign with Adobe Creative
