3 Maintenance and management of fixed assets/inventory
4 Preparation of payroll and deduction of tax from the salary
5 Make sure procurement compliance being part of procurement committee and deal with transportation matters
6 Ensure that the documentation proves are adequate for third party audits such as by the donors/govt.
7 Provision of project Budget vs Actual report to top management for timely and effective decision making
8 Reconciliations of banks, payable, stock taking
9 Tax Management and compliance with other Govt. obligations
10 Contribute to make treasury functions more effective by day to day banks dealings
11 Issuance of project advances and ensure their timely clearance
12 Support the top management in organizing the training and workshops
13 Administration HR, procurement, security, arranging meeting, file management etc
14 Financial reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
