About Me
My education is in Electrical Engineering, but I became the computer guy in my first job.
I’ve gone from VAC/DCL to DOS/Novell/NFS to UNIX V/BSD to Windows 3/10.
Been a SU, Enterprise Administrator, TrendMicro admin, Intergraph admin/support/trainer and
been a TSE level 0,1,2 on a commercial ITIL support call center for SGI Intel hardware/software.
Last decade worked mainly a CAD/BIM manager installing/trouble shooting/supporting CAD/Engineering software. Scripted ksh, SQL, Perl pink and blue and other CAD macro languages.
Programmed in F77, ansi C , Bentley MDL and office macros, but I’m not a programmer just someone that uses it as a ‘glue’ and to solve problems.
