Karlita Velazco

Hi, I am Karlita and I am an Architect, Urban Planner and Designer with 5 years of experience in the market, graduated in Peru with honors and working as a local and independent architect abroad for the last years. About me, I can assure you that I am very creative, responsible, and what makes me most happy is seeing a satisfied client offering them the “house of their dreams”, that is why I always put myself in the other person's shoes and keep updated about the progress of my work. I can say that my architecture is strongly influenced by the Scandinavian style due to the years I’ve been living in Europe. I make projects from the initial conceptual idea to the final 3D Modeling.

Today I am a Project Manager for my own firm, where we work together with architectural and engineering projects. We create projects for housing, offices, commercial buildings, apartments and also construction. In my free time I always travel abroad, constantly learning and I love to make volunteer work
