I'm Kalloori Ramesh from India. I have been working as a Salesforce Consultant for multiple clients (Small - mid scale projects). I've around 3 years of experience in salesforce customization and configurations.

I've proficiency in force.com platform to deal with custom components along with Salesforce CRM modules. During this tenure I've been working on different components available in the salesforce including Apex class, Visualforce page, Triggers, Workflow, Approval process, Email alerts and service, Profile & Permissions, Security Controls, Translation workbench, Record type, Reports & Dashboard, Portals (Customer, Self service and partner portal) etc.

On integration end, I've done integration from Salesforce to other third party appExchange applications along with other in house application integration. That includes connecting 2 salesforce instances using Salesforce-to-salesforce feature and through REST APIs. experienced on Desk.com and integration Salesforce with Tableau.
