I have more than 10 years of working experience as Consultant in different IT-Outsource Company. Technical support for 4 years through voice and chat. Working with multi-cultural environment enhanced my excellence in communication. What I have to offer are Soft skill set and hands on Experience in Technical Support and System Administration. Trained to execute Windows Migration and deploy the image in Texas A&M University at Qatar TAMUQ-2010, some CCNT level of networking, “Log me in” and other RMM to render tech support HP Lenovo and dell product. I recently implemented Windows 2012r2 Domain Controller in one of my clients, I was able to developed accurate trouble shooting skills for different networking issue. I teach MS office to college faculties during weekends to freshen up and also to help me enhance my research skills, I engage myself doing online self-phase training, by that. I play as the lead guitar in my band as a hobby, this is to highlight good I am as a team player.
