With over 10 years experience in the Administration, Executive, Front and
Secretarial offices, I have gained experience not limited to Personal
Assistance, Customer Care, Planning, Office organization, Reports and
Minutes writing, Staff Management, Diary Management, Record keeping,
Audio and Copy Typing and maintenance of an effective filing system just to
mention a few. Beside this, I am a quick learner, good communicator, strong
believer in success and progress, a go-getter, I work well in a team, I can
multi-task and I most certainly work without supervision. With my experience I am an excellent first point of contact: dealing with clients both face to face and through any other communication means. I comfortably organize meetings and appointments, control access to the manager/executive. I book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation, help in organizing events and conferences.
